Came to this nail salon a couple times since it’s close to my house. They used to be good and take their time on each customer. Yesterday when I came in to get my pedicures done, this lady was just rushing to finish my pedicure. My big toe was hurt after she was cutting it too close to the skin and she said I had ingrown nails and she just kept going. The tools that she used were not even sterilized because she just grabbed them from her cart. Now my big toe is swollen and infected. However I still give 3 stars because the young lady who works there is always friendly and polite.
My visit today was great! I got there when they first opened and my wait time was less than 15 minutes for nail removal and manicure. Very friendly staff, all good at what they do! I plan to see them soon when my nails need some attention again. I highly recommend this nail place to EVERYONE.
I did mani and pedi combo yesterday. Nikki did a very wonderful job just by picking colors and design for me. Usually I don't take care of my feet much but I'm so happy with their work of art at this salon. Definitely will go back soon. They have a lot of colors and design options. Patel colors are trending this summer. Love it!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. I read the review previous to mine which mentioned her getting an infection, I thought I would still give the place a try because it was one bad review following multiple good reviews. I went in, sat in a chair to get a pedicure and watched as the person next to me had their toes cut and other tools used on their feet they finished up on them and simply slid over to start on mine, rolling the cart of used tools to me. I hopped out and left so fast and was shocked that no steps were taken to clean the tools. In my opinion after finishing one person you should immediately take the tools to be cleaned or atleast get a new set of tools before you start on me.
Nail Smart is the best nail salon! The entire staff is kind, caring, friendly, and professional. The nail services last for weeks and the prices are competitive and fair. The salon is very clean and all the staff does a wonderful and fantastic job on pedicures, manicures, SNS, acrylic, nail art, plus pink and white nail services. I would recommend this salon to everyone to visit!!!!
The BEST salon l have EVER tried!!! My mani-pedi's stays perfect for 1-1/2 to 2 months. Nicki gives the best leg/feet massages to stimulate circulation. Try them. You will love the results!!!
Peter always ❤ does amazing work. I am a hairstylist and rough on my nails. I have been to many expensive places
Walking out spending $72..and polish peels off in two days . Never super happy. Peter does SNS on my nails. They last 4 to 6 weeks. At my 4 week mark I am still getting compliments on my nails. This place and Peter is the best I have found ❤ and very reasonable price
