If you care about the health of your curls DO NOT come here. My curls have not been the same since my visit here. I am convinced they put chemicals in my hair.
I was a walk-in & didn't have to wait. Joseline was my stylist & brought my hair back to life. This place is not a hair salon, it's a magic shop.
The hairdressers are nice. I didn't have to wait long. And they actually straightened my hair. I look nice for senior pics. My fav part was the deep conditioning..I like when they massaged my scalp lol
A lot of breakage following being serviced here also my hair looks and feels as if they put a relaxer in it. I went about 2 weeks ago I'm not washing my hair and it smells like sulfur or some chemical. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner but was asked if I wanted to deep condition and heard her pumping their products that sit behind the wash bowl. I won't be back

I waited 45 minutes to see Blanca for a wash and blowout and a hair cut. She put one roller in my hair and a few different people proceeded to set my hair, cut and blow it out. While they didn’t do a bad job, I wouldn’t have waited 45 minutes if she couldn’t do my hair. She wasn’t even professional enough to give me the option of waiting until she was finished with her current client who came in after I did. And this was while I was planning to leave her a huge tip because I was very concerned about the cut of my hair which ended up being fine but was not at all what I wanted. So disappointed but it’s her loss.
I had a great experience at Ponte Bella ! Carmen was so kind and extremely talented. She understood my hair type and delivered a great hair cut ! I cannot be more thankful!!! I will keep going back here.
Loved the experience overall. The staff is all funny, comfy and very enjoyable!! I got hair color and layers hair cut- i look so better than before????. Lots of love to the staff because they make your visit super awesome!! Must recommend to anyone and everyone nearby. We women deserve such experience????????????
