They do fantastic work. They really do their best to take care of you. She listened to what I wanted and verified multiple times to make absolute sure she was creating what I was describing. ????????????????????????
French nails did not hold for 3days they started to peal and buble up from the cuticle. They did gladly try to fix but did only 1 of them and it was a different color. Not happy. Went elsewhere to fix the mess!
I had pretty good experiences here. But it’s consistent waiting time that made me write a review. I would make an appointment for 10 and wait an hour to get seated because they allowed walk ins... but what really made me sad is this last time I had this older lady doing my nails and it hurt!! Usually it doesn’t hurt and I’m happy. But it was so rough.. and then she kept spraying alcohol to stop the bleeding... and now the skin around my nails are so tender and sore..
Kitty and Kevin would be appauled at how Terrible mine and my daughters pedicures and fills turned out! Unless I make an appt with either of them, we will not be back!! Rushed, uneven, acrylic on skin, terrible paint job and my toes are raw.
Amazing experience, New favorite nail place! the people there were so nice and didn’t seem to rush. They actually took the time doing my nails making sure that they looked good versus just getting them done fast and getting me out. Loved how Nice they were and this is definitely where I’ll be going to getting my nails done from now on :)
They do the BEST nails. My favorite place in the eau claire area. They never look chunky or cheap and are done super fast. The downside with this is they break. Seriously within the first week. I had two nails break BEFORE the two week mark after scratching a light itch. This happened to me with both sets of nails I got done here. Disappointed and sad at this.
Was able to get an appointment within half hour. I’m not sure who did my nails but she did my gel in about 15 minutes and they turned out really nice. Super busy place but friendly and quick.
Love the massage part of the pedicure the most. Sometimes would like a longer massage due to plantar fatcitus
